If you are inviting out-of-town guests for your wedding weekend, it is great to give them local information. Even though you're now able to find lots of information about a location on the internet, it is nice to use the internet as a tool to review already suggested hotels and activities.
This bride and groom took great care to get all of the important information and logistics to the guests in a detailed Save the Date. They included a weekend itinerary, local activities, a detailed regional map and hotel suggestions. Once we had established a look and feel for the Save the Date, we expanded this design to work for the invitations and thank you cards. We also created a detailed rsvp card to gather responses for several functions including a BBQ and lawn games Welcome Party and a Sunday Brunch. We also designed a child care insert that only went to those guests with children. This insert informed guests about child care options for the weekend events. |
