	Stinson Beach, California We met the bride and groom about two months before their wedding. They had done a lot of planning and envisioning but needed help pulling it all together. We loved working with them on their beautiful seaside ceremony and quint reception.
The Trail The ceremony site was on a bluff over the Pacific Ocean and the guests had to hike out to the amazing area. The couple wanted to tell their love store via trail markers which guests could enjoy on their walk out. We used photos taken throughout their courtship and created markers and then affixed them to bamboo stakes which were placed along the trail.







Cocktails at the Yurt After a hike back along the trail, guests enjoyed the view and had cocktails and appetizers at the yurt.



Cozy at the Community Center After cocktails, the guests boarded shuttles that returned them to the Stinson Beach Community Center, about 20 minutes from the bluff where the ceremony took place. The venue was a perfect choice for the elegant yet casual tone set by the ceremony.



To the Table The couple had spent a large portion of their courtship hiking all over the United States as well as Europe. They had taken pictures of themselves along the way as well as a shot of the area where they were hiking. Lucky for us, this made it super easy to create beautiful and unique table markers. The front side showed the couple and the backside showed the landscape shot. The escort cards led folks to their tables and were presented on a bed of moss. Once to the table each place was marked with the guests name printed on a rock.






Picture Perfect One of our favorite things to do for a wedding is a photo guest book. We take Polaroid or digital photos of the guests as they arrive to the reception and then ask them to write a message or well wishes to the bride and groom. At the end of the night, they newlyweds have a beautiful album with a photo and message from all of their guests.






Late Night Snack Because all of the guests either had a long drive home or were staying in one of the small hotels in town, the couple wanted to ensure the guests had a drink and a snack for the road. We custom labeled water bottles and made snack boxes for each guest. The box had a custom made snack mix of 'pirates booty' and pretzels plus peanut M&Ms and gummy bears.
