Over the years we've learned our way about the Mitzvah scene. A Bar Mitzvah (boy) or Bat Mitzvah (girl) is the a Jewish coming of age ritual which takes places at age of 13. After this age, the boys and girls bear their own responsibility for Jewish ritual law, tradition, and ethics, and are able to participate in all areas of Jewish community life. AND many families commemorate the event with an AMAZING celebration. While challenging to navigate family dynamics, budget and the wishlists of both the parents and the honoree - we enjoying designing and planning these often thematic and creative events! L'Chaim!
